After it’s popularity last month Lexis student and Chef Bianca kindly agreed to host another cooking class for us!
This time she showed us how to make a sweet, simple, quick, cheap, tasty snack!! Everything you could ever want!
She started by giving everyone some fruit to cut (strawberries, kiwis, bananas, berries, and apples), whilst she made a warm mixture of condensed milk, coconut and cream!
We all then went outside and she demonstrated the best way to present and layer our ingredients onto toast, explaining what flavours and colours work well together to make it look good, as well as taste good!
It was absolutely delicious; so much so that none of us cared that we had nutella all over our faces!! Renata, while enjoying her second, described it as ‘the best day of here life’!
Luckily Bianca loves sharing her passion and knowledge of cooking with others as her fellows students have asked for this to be a regular activity! 🙂 🙂
