Tractor Operator

SKILLED TRACTOR OPERATORS

We are looking for skilled tractor operators for our large macadamia plantation.   Previous experience with farming equipment (tractors, slashers) is essential.  Experience with operation of Macadamia farming equipment would be a definite advantage. We are seeking someone preferably with mechanical knowledge and accreditations suitable for macadamia farming. Good wages and conditions for the right person.

This position would perfectly suit a skilled farm operator who is also a surfer / golfer / renovator or someone who is willing and able to work an afternoon shift our tractors are well lit. Safety is paramount so we are looking for someone who is safety conscious.

We have brand new air conditioned tractors, with the latest and most efficient equipment available, so we only want the best operators who will look after the equipment and farm to a very high standard.

Responsibilities

  • Process and confirm details of guest reservations

  • Communicate with our Housekeeping Team and assist with pre-arrival room checks
  • Answer customer enquiries over the phone and online

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with a variety of people
