Your role in a nutshell:
Cleaning guest rooms and common areas such as the gym, yoga room and day spa and making them sparkle.
Assisting guests with any requests or enquiries they may have.
Ensure all Housekeeping pantries and trolleys are fully stocked for the next day.
Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to recognize reoccurring cleaning issues.
Be competent in the use of cleaning equipment and chemicals. You will ensure that appropriate tools/equipment are used during the cleaning processes.
Have a good knowledge of hygiene requirements and safe working procedures.
Report any damage or maintenance needed for our rooms.
Have a good knowledge of retreat facilities to ensure all guest’s requests are met.
