Lets Go Surfing is seeking Surf Instructors to work at Byron Bay and surrounding beaches. If you love surfing and want to share your experience with others this is a great way to earn a living. We teach kids and adults from all walks of life and from around the world. We are a dynamic and committed team and enjoy working on the beach!To be considered you must:
- Understand the surf and pass a surf related physical test
- Be responsible as an individual and as part of a team
- Have a current drivers licence
Successful applicants are required to hold or obtain Surfing Australia Coaching qualifications including:
Level 1 Surf Coach, Ocean safety award, First Aid certificate & Working With Children Check
These qualifications can be obtained during the induction process for successful applicants.
The hourly rate is between $24 to $35 once fully qualified (subject to skills, qualifications and experience), plus superannuation. Those not fully qualified may be taken on until all qualifications are complete.
