On Wednesday we made sushi here at Lexis Byron!
We patiently waited for the rice to cook in the rice cooker, but after an hour had to put some of in the microwave to speed the process up! We were all hungry and keen to start making our rolls…
For fillings we had tuna, cream cheese, smoked salmon, avocado, carrot and cucumber.
One of our students, Dana, works in a sushi restaurant and rolled me a delicious tuna and avocado roll ❤ Thanks Dana and Surim for teaching us how to make sushi!
