Byron Holiday Park is looking to appoint a motivated, autonomous and reliable individual to join our Team as a Public Area Cleaner. * Roughly 20 hours a week with the opportunity to increase. * Attractive weekend and public holiday rates. * Be part of a hard working team delivering quality experiences for our guests. Your Main responsibilities: -Responsible for achieving and exceeding guest service standards. – Clean public restrooms, toilets, sinks, walls, mirrors, tiles, counters & floor surfaces; Supply with fresh paper and soap as required. -Maintain the security and privacy of guests, demonstrating your integrity and diligence at all times. -Cleaning all common areas within the holiday park including camp kitchens, TV room, BBQ hut doing daily detail cleans and deep cleans as needed. -Spring cleaning of common areas. -Reporting maintenance issues. -Willingness to be available for additional or varying duties as required by management. – Adherence to workplace health and safety policies and procedures. We are currently seeking casual and full-time customer focused Guest Service Agents to join the busy team for an immediate start. The hotel boasts self contained 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments as well as studio rooms. Our Guest Service Agents play a key part of the daily hotel operations by maintaining a high level of customer service and processing front office procedures with an attention to detail. The key responsibilities will include: – Providing a high standard of customer service to all guests, at all times; – Completing the front office procedures with a consistently high level of accuracy and attention to detail; – Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning room, and issuing and providing room keys; – Process all payment types such as room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit. Process all check-outs including resolving any late and disputed charges; – Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns; – Coordinate with Housekeeping to track readiness of rooms for check-in; and – Any additional tasks deemed reasonable by the Hotel Manager.
