PASTRY CHEF / BAKER
Experienced Pastry Chef/Baker required for busy bakery in Suffolk Park near Byron Bay. A minimum of 5 years experience is recommended. No nightshift work – hours approximately 5am – 2pm Tuesday to Saturday. This position is for a full-time cake pastry chef/baker. No bread baking in this role. Experience with croissants would be beneficial as we produce a large number. We encourage our chefs to be experimental and to think outside the square!
