There was lots of excitement and friendly competitiveness for yesterday’s Table Tennis Tournament! We had 18 players competing for May’s champion title, including Laurine representing for the ladies!! We also had a great number of students come along to spectate and cheer on their classmates!
Everyone was paired off at random and played first to 11, with the winner staying on for the next round.

We had an uneven amount of players for the next round so one person was picked from the pot to progress straight through to the semi finals, this lucky person being BENOIT!

With Benoit going straight through we again had an uneven number of players for the semi finals, so at Oscar’s suggestion this time we picked a name from the players who were out the competition to give them a second chance at the glory! The name picked from the pot was…OSCAR!! Oscar then managed to beat last month’s champion, Ben, to get a place in the final!
