On Thursday, Kristy led a guided meditation as our free afternoon activity. About 12 students participated in this hour-long session.
First, they did some relaxation techniques to slow the body down and get comfortable, then some breathing techniques, which helps stop the mind racing, before being led on a guided mindfulness meditation.
