You will provide housekeeping and cleaning for our various accommodation types including cleaning common areas to ensure the presentation of the property is in accordance with the high standards of our Discovery brand. You will be someone able to prioritise your workload to achieve daily outcomes whilst also understanding the bigger picture for the rest of the team. You will bring to the role: – Fantastic customer service. – Proven and demonstrated experience in a commercial housekeeping role. – A willingness to work with the housekeeping team, but also able to work autonomously. – Excellent time management skills. – Flexible attitude to hours, including weekends and on short notice. – A current valid drivers licence. In this customer-facing role, you will provide support and assistance to the wider front office team and park management. Your focus will be servicing our guests and ensuring they leave Discovery wanting more! You will be someone able to prioritise your workload to achieve daily outcomes whilst also understanding the bigger picture for the rest of the team. You will bring to the role: – Proven ability to deliver fantastic customer service. – Great local knowledge that can be put to use assisting our guests. – Experience in the hospitality or accommodation industries. – Team orientated but also able to work autonomously. – Excellent time management skills. – Flexibility in your working hours (including weekends). – Experience in the use of reservations booking systems (RMS) is advantageous. – A current valid drivers licence. – A bubbly personality and ‘can do’ attitude.
