Today’s activity was Peruvian Cooking!
Johana, one of our students from Peru, very kindly led the activity and showed us all how to make the popular Peruvian dish Ceviche!
She done a great job of taking lead, giving fellow students jobs and talking to everyone about the dish; thank you Johana!
Although I was a bit apprehensive about eating raw fish, Johana explained to me the lime juice you cover it in actually cooks the fish a bit! I’m really glad I did try it though as it was delicious!!!
