Yesterday we had our Spanish Tapas activity!!
I printed out a selection of recipes for the students to pick from, but our lovely Spanish student Gloria was on hand to take lead and tell everyone how tapas is really done!!
Everyone worked together and also in pairs or solo to make a few dishes.
We enjoyed Spanish omelette; Cheese, prosciutto and olive pintxos; Prawns; Patatas bravas; Stuffed peppers; Pan Con Tomate; Chorizo and Olives!
Next month for Spanish Cooking we’ll be making Paella!
