Graduation! 14th July

Today we say farewell to seven students graduating from Lexis Byron Bay!



Angelo, Switzerland, graduates from Claudia’s Advanced class. He achieved a grade A, which is something to be very proud of, particularly at such a high level! It was very well deserved as he is a dedicated and hard working student. It has been an absolute pleasure to have him here at Lexis, always smiling and friendly to everyone! We are sure you will do well in the future and wish you all the best!


Victor, from Mauritius, graduates from Josie’s Upper Intermediate class.  He joins us here in Byron Bay for the second year in a row, to learn English in Byron alongside his surfing practice. He returned to his previous homestay family, this time bringing his friend along with him. His enthusiasm and interest have made you a great asset to his class. His level on English is excellent and will surely continue to improve. We wish you all the best for the future Victor!

Yanis, from Mauritius, also graduates from Josie’s Upper Intermediate class. His fantastic sense of humour has made a great addition to his class and he has participated in class activities and discussions confidently. He has also showed us his creative side in activities such as boomerang painting. We hope to see you again Yanis!

Beatrice, from Italy, graduates from Josie’s Upper Intermediate class. She also joined us to learn English and learn to surf on our Surf in Action course. She has been a delight to have at school, with her fantastic attitude to her studies. Her enthusiasm and her excellent level of English have made her a really valued member of her class and her school. Good luck for the future Beatrice

Laura, from Chile, also graduates from Josie’s Upper Intermediate Class. She leaves us at Lexis with a really high level of English. She always contributes positively to class and has a lovely cheerful attitude which has made her a pleasure to teach and have at a school. We wish you all the best Laura!

Mayuko, from Japan, graduates from Paul and Mel’s Intermediate class. She has great confidence in speaking English and this has allowed her to make great contributions in class, which were all much appreciated! We hope you enjoyed your time in Byron and wish you all the best for the future.


Asami, from Japan, graduates from Kristy’s Pre-Intermediate class. She has been a great student who learns so quickly. Her test results have been consistently very good and her grammar and vocabulary have improved a great deal. We wish you every happiness on your next journey around Australia!
