Congratulations and farewell to our seven students graduating from Lexis Byron Bay this week!
Oliver, from Spain, graduates from Kathleen’s Upper Intermediate class. It has been an absolute joy to have him here at Lexis Byron Bay. In class his fantastic sense of humour and intelligent questions were always much appreciated. He would often come to reception to further practice his English and always provided entertaining conversation. We will miss Oliver very much and hope to see him again one day!
Melvin, from Italy, graduates from Kathleen’s Upper Intermediate class. His contribution and sense of humour will be greatly missed in class. He was a lovely student, always positive, smiling and friendly to everyone. He already had good English when he arrived 8 weeks ago but this has improved considerably. It has been a pleasure to meet you Melvin and we hope to see you again for Cambridge!
Nicole, from Switzerland, graduates from Ellie and Anji’s IELTs class. She has been a very diligent and hardworking student and a pleasure to have both in the class and around campus. She has a great attitude and is always happy and a joy to be around, this would explain why she has made many good friends in her time here at Lexis. We are all sad to see you go but wish you the best for the future!
Lena, from Switzerland, graduates from Ellie and Anji’s IELTs class. She has been a hardworking and dedicated student and her English has improved a great deal in her 8 weeks here at Lexis. Her teachers found her a pleasure to have in class and I loved having her come along to activities such as coffee club and skateboarding! It was lovely to meet you Lena and we wish you well for the future!
Jessie (Minjeong), from Korea, graduates from Michelle’s Elementary class. She has tried very hard in her time here at Lexis and challenged herself by living with a homestay family so she could continue to practice her English in the evenings. She participated well in all class activities and with her fellow classmates. It was a pleasure to have you here and we wish you the very best for the future!
Hanna, from Korea, graduates from Michelle’s Elementary class. Her input to class discussion was always greatly appreciated, as was her ability to make everyone laugh. Like her best friend Jessie she also decided to live in a homestay to further her English, rather than live together, which is very admirable and really helped with their confidence. Good luck for the future Hanna!
Leonardo, from Brazil, graduates from Mel and Adrienne’s Intermediate class. He has been a fantastic student and classmate, always taking an interest in getting to know others while practicing his English at the same time. His English has improved hugely in his 12 weeks at Lexis, especially his speaking ability. We hope you enjoyed your time here and wish you well for the future!
