Our goal is to make healthy food tasty and vice versa to inspire people to follow healthier lifestyle. We need somebody who will be able to learn our process and methodology, and be responsible for preparing batches of our healthy products. Attention to detail is vital. We care about the details and so should you, if you decide to join us. We’d really like to work with someone for a long period of time. So if you are looking for a short term position you should probably keep looking. Details: — 4 days per week is an average, usually Monday to Friday. Around 7-8 hours a day (it can be less/more, depends on production). Skills and Experience Requirements: – Previous experience working as a Sous Chef in a high volume kitchen. – Previous experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel/resort. – Strong verbal and written communication. – Excellence in time management. – Maturity and passion for the industry. – Able to work days, nights, weekends and public holidays. – Able to work under pressure and produce a high quality product. – Excellent personal presentation. – Strong leadership skills, work ethic and team player All applicants must have full working rights in Australia to apply.
