We’re after a superstar club & cafe supervisor to step in and join the team at Byron Bay Tennis Club. The role would suit someone looking for something a little out of the ordinary hospitality role, with responsibilities including admin and reception duties for the tennis club when required. We’ve got some of the best coffee in town so it is vital you have experience making high grade coffee! Duties & Responsibilities: – making coffee. – food preparation. – ordering. – basic tennis admin/reception. – opening & closing premises. – cash handling & reconciliation. – maintaining cafe & site cleanliness. The successful applicant will: – have at lease 2+ years barista experience. – experienced in food prep. – be able to work unsupervised in an autonomous role. – be great at multi-tasking. – be computer literate. – have excellent communication skills. COCKTAIL BARTENDER
