It was my first time making sushi but luckily I had lots of helpful students on hand to show me how it’s done 🙂
For some of the students it was their first time also, but quite a few of them had made sushi together in their lesson the week before!
Waiting for the rice to be ready took some patience but we then got onto the fun part! Picking from tuna, salmon, carrot, avocado and cucumber we then rolled our sushi 🙂
The result was delicious and there was plenty to go around!
