An exciting role has just opened up at Auguste The Label. Auguste is looking for an Administration Co-ordinator to run the Administration of their Worldwide Wholesale, Retail and Online Sales Division. You will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the Byron Bay office as well as supporting the Australian Operations team. This is a very diverse role and you will need to adapt quickly to the processes and systems of our business. We expect you to have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a warm and friendly personality. You are a self-motivated, responsible person who has a fastidious attention to detail, is extremely organised and proactive.  You have the ability to multi-task and to manage time efficiently. This is a full time role. Responsibilities include: – Extensive invoicing and order / data entry using inventory software Cin7. (training available for this program) – Managing aged receivables using software Xero (training available for this program). General office duties: – Performing a wide variety of executive and administrative duties – General Personal Assistant duties to Director and General Manager – Assistant to The Wholesale Accounts Manager – Organising and coordinating work schedules – Project and people management – Consult in relation to meeting agendas, collate and distribute reports for discussion at meetings. The successful candidate will have: – Previous experience minimum 3 years in an office role involving administration and customer service – The ability to multi-task essential – The ability to work in a high pressure environment and meet daily deadlines – Have a common sense approach to solving issues – The ability to work unaided and autonomously in an office with little supervision – Excellent work ethic and upbeat attitude – High energy – Attention to detail – Computer literate with an advanced understanding of excel – Basic Book Keeping skills would be an advantage. We require a trowel hand or tradesman with experience in rendering or solid plastering. We do specialised finishes in the high end market, so attention to detail is essential. Must be able to take initiative but also follow instructions, and MUST be reliable! Car and license is essential, and a non-smoker is preferred. The majority of our work is in the Byron Bay/Ballina areas, however can go anywhere up to the Southern Gold Coast. This is a great opportunity for someone that is keen to learn how to do specialised finishes, working with a small crew.
