We have 5 students graduating (to very loud applause!) this week – Rodrigo, Iva, Marco, Jobs and Toshiya.
Iva is from the Czech Republic and graduates from Mel and Becky’s Elementary class. She is a motivated student who participates well in class and has shown tremendous improvement during her time here. This is not the end of Iva’s time with Lexis – she is going to continue her studies up in Noosa. All the best with your studies Iva!
Jobs is from Korea and graduates from Kristy’s Pre-Intermediate class. He was a pleasure to teach in class and an excellent student. His English has improved in all areas, particularly his grammar, speaking and pronunciation. Jobs has made many friends in his class and at Lexis, and we wish him well for his new adventures in Brisbane!
Marco is from Switzerland and graduates from Kristy’s Pre-Intermediate class. He has been a smiley and positive student who has made great progress in all areas of his English. Have fun on your travels to Bali, Marco!
Rodrigo is from Brazil and graduates from Josie’s Upper Intermediate class. Having started in Pre-Intermediate, he made excellent progress with his English during his time here. He has also clearly enjoyed his time in Byron Bay, having just two days without beer in the past four months! We wish you and your liver all the best for the future!
Toshiya is from Japan and graduates from Kristy’s Pre-Intermediate class. He has made great progress with his English and has enjoyed the Byron Bay lifestyle, making many new friends in his time here. Toshiya was absent for the graduation but we wish him all the best for the future!
Lexis Byron Bay also has FREE English Classes running Monday to Thursday at 2pm in Room 6. Anyone can attend, and for each class they go to they will also go in the running to win an Aussie prize. This week’s winner was Vera, who won a packet of Tim Tams and a 6-pack of Coopers beer! Well done Vera!
