Today two classes joined forces to go to the Farmers Markets in Byron. They enjoyed a warm winter’s day, fantastic local food and beautiful music.
But of course there was also work to be done!
The Upper-intermediate class had the task to interview locals about the markets. They had written a questionnaire together on Wednesday in their lesson and their topic was: “How important are the local markets to you?”. They surely had a great time talking to the locals and a fantastic class discussion afterwards!
The elementary class had to find prices for their “Shopping List”. As you can see from the pictures they all had a fun time learning!
