Our lovely Intermediate teacher, Kathleen, is taking a holiday for the month of August. Yesterday was her last day of teaching.

Today, Marie’s Elementary class did a dialogue build about going to the airport and used Kathleen’s impending holiday as a real-life example.

Meanwhile, Kathleen’s desk was so unnaturally tidy this morning (usually she likes to bring the kitchen sink to work) that it prompted Grant to ask, “have you fired Kathleen?”

Absolutely not. Kathleen, we are missing you already and look forward to your return in September. Have a great holiday.
