Friday afternoon Italian cooking

Today our Cooking class made beautiful Italian Spaghetti Carbonara de Mare. Everyone agreed that it tasted just like in Italy! Simon used an original Italian recipe that the translated into English.

Here is what the students wrote about the class (unedited):

“On Friday in the class in the afternoon we cooked Carbonara de Mare. The Swiss guy Simone gave the idea about the dish. And we cooked with prawns, salmon and other ingredients. It’s an easy dish and really delicious!”
