At Lexis Byron Bay, our classes are always relevant to daily English-speaking life…even when our students occasionally don’t show up for class! In Elementary today, one student (not naming any names *cough*Rafael*cough*) told another student that he HAD to come to class today because class is very important… and then he himself didn’t come to class!
They were studying telephone conversations today and part of class was to practice daily-English language by doing a dialogue build. As a class we wrote an example dialogue together on the board, and then the rest of the class used it to model their own practice conversations on.
Below is a copy of our real-life-inspired dialogue build…enjoy =)
