International Marketing Development Specialist Required
We are looking for a marketing specialist to join our exciting and expanding team at Aquarius. We are increasing our resident capacity considerably, and are hoping to raise the profile and awareness of our international resort. We are therefore seeking a marketing specialist with degree level entry from an accredited university, as well as any other qualifications pertaining to market based activities to join our thriving business. Previous experience is beneficial, but not essential, as on-the-job training will be provided.
The job will require, but not be limited to, a number of key tasks, including: providing strategic marketing planning, outlining and producing marketing briefs, generating and supervising the productions of advertisements and other promotional materials, media scripting and communication with local and national media related bodies. The job will also consist of communicating with suppliers and wholesalers to deliver products according to consumer tastes and demographics.
Requirements:
Fluency in English
University level degree from an accredited body
Additional training or course qualifications relating to marketing activity
Previous experience utilizing online and offline software, including website design programs and Adobe Illustrator
The role requires a person who can analyse current data trends, with relation to consumer behavior, preferences and seasonal demands. It also requires the candidate to make modifications to current marketing plans, and update them accordingly, based on consumer tastes and trends.
We operate a business with a multinational customer base; therefore, the role would benefit a candidate who has previous experience dealing with a diverse range of cultures and lifestyles.
The role is a permanent position based in Byron Bay, NSW.
The salary will be 55k per annum
