Yesterday Marie took her Movies & Songs class out in the garden to enjoy the beautiful weather while they studied Jack Johnson and Xavier Rudd.

Hilariously, whilst they were listening to ‘Spirit Bird’ by Xavier Rudd, a couple of birds decided to join in the fun and left a nasty gift on Marie’s head!! This photo was taken pre-bird, although Daniel had already spotted them and was defending himself with his foot. Afterwards they had a great discussion about luck, and whether or not birds deliberately aim for humans (Teacher Sammy also suffered the same fate under the very same tree not long ago.) No student has yet fallen prey to bird poo on the Byron Campus.

Conclusion: perhaps Byron birds enjoy aiming at teachers only?
