Bushwalking near the lighthouse

There is a secret little track near the lighthouse which people often don’t see. If you go there on a warm day and walk through quietly you are most likely to see some form of Australian wildlife.

unnamed (3)  Lizards, snakes and different birds and sometimes even small wallabies can be seen on this walk. A group of Lexis students headed there for a bush walk after class yesterday to check it out.

Wandering through the tranquil bush we made our way up to the hang glider take off ramp, which is also a great look out! Everyone loved the view so we sat there with the wind in our hair and took in Byron’s natural beauty. Byron is such a special place.
