Moroccan cooking

 

This afternoon we had a Moroccan cooking workshop down in the student lounge – and the results were delicious!! We made a chicken tajine without the tajine – which was packed with flavour – onion, garlic, lemon, chilli, chermoula, almonds, olives and coriander. Yum!!

We followed this recipe – http://www.taste.com.au/recipes/19098/fast+chicken+tagine – but added chilli into the mix =)
