Getting Fresh at Lexis Byron Bay

Now that the weather is warming up, we were in the mood for something a little bit lighter for our weekly cooking adventure at Lexis Byron Bay. So we opted for Asian style salads for something light and tasty.

Thanks to Jisu, Hiroki, Lea and everyone else who helped prepare and eat the delicious cabbage and fried noodle salad and the (arguably) even more delicious rice noodle salad with fresh herbs and chilli. A bit of a change from our usual Aussie-style BBQ, just to keep things fresh!
