Nimbin MardiGrass

The Nimbin MardiGrass is a weekend festival celebrating the peaceful use of hemp and cannabis. Events include a Kombi Konvoy from  Byron Bay to Nimbin, a rally and parade, and a series of activities, concerts, music and games. For more info see http://www.mardigrass.com.

Bic Runga in Bangalow

Bangalow Billycart Derby

The Bangalow Billycart Derby is a great day out in Bangalow on Sunday 20 May.  Local teams build their own  billy-carts and race them down the main street of town.  First race starts at 12.00pm.  Food, market stalls and general carnival atmosphere!

Arj Barker Comedy Show

Renowned comedian Arj Barker of Flight of the Conchords fame presents his new show ‘Keeper or Crapper’ at the Byron Bay Community Centre 11-12 and 25-27 May.  Tickets from http://www.byroncentre.com.au.
